The Summer Seasonal section is for those who choose not to rent their unit and prefer more of a neighborhood feel.
 

The centerpiece of the seasonal area, is the custom crafted cedar log chalet styled clubhouse. It houses restrooms and shower facilities as well as a coin operated laundry. There is a large deck for relaxing or sun bathing, and the interior is done in pine to give a very cozy feeling. The furnished multi purpose room has a warming kitchen and fireplace and is exclusively for use by our seasonal guests. It serves as a gathering place to meet with friends, play cards or just relax by the fire. In just a few short years, our seasonal area has become very popular.
